Our commercial mailbox unit series is manufactured entirely from heavy gauge thick aluminum with specialized anodized aluminum / silver finish for corrosion-rust proof resistance. The H1400 (Front Load) and H1500 (Rear Load) Horizontal Mailbox Series is designed for a number of different applications.
Apartments, condominiums, commercial and office buildings, colleges and schools
standard "A" size (5"H x 6.37"W) doors which are available 3, 4 or 5 doors wide and 5, 6, or 7 doors high. Each door comes standard with 5-pin cylinder cam lock with 2 keys, & clear plastic name/number window slot for tenant identification. |
Also available upon request our larger "B" size (5"H x 12.87"W) doors which come 2 doors wide and 5, 6, or 7 doors high. Each door comes standard with 5-pin cylinder cam lock with 2 keys, & clear plastic name/number window slot for tenant identification.
Each compartment measures 15" deep. Other (custom) larger door sizes and configurations are available upon request.
These mailboxes are wall mount recessed style units. Recommended minimum wall opening depth is 17".
Standard finish is anodized aluminum / silver finish. Other finishes available for an additional 15% charge include gold, dark bronze, black, sandstone, silver speck and postal grey.

Front Loading (FL) Horizontals
If ordering Front Loading Horizontals, please note that one door will be used as either a postal door (for U.S. Postal approved units) or as a master door (for private access units), and cannot be used as a tenant door. However, this door can be used as an outgoing mail slot or as an office drop box, upon request.
Rear Loading (RL) Horizontal Mailboxes
If ordering Rear Loading Horizontals, all doors are available for tenant use. Optional removable rear cover is available -- contact Customer Service for more information.
