Limitations of Liability In no event shall National Mailboxes, a division of NMHP Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. National Mailboxes, a division of NMHP Inc. is also not liable or responsible for any physical injuries, which might result from use of any of our products or manufacturer’s products.
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes. All prices are in U.S dollars. Minimum order amount is $35.00. National Mailboxes is not responsible for typographical price errors on our website.
The limited warranty for any product sold by National Mailboxes is included in the documentation accompanying the product as provided by that product’s manufacturer. Except as specifically set forth therein, National Mailboxes makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranty relating to Year 2000 compliance, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations might not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Payment Terms All major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover are accepted, e-check, electronic funds transfer (EFT), wire transfer, or prepayment by check is required without an account. Payment must be prepaid with new customers- (orders) and with custom orders. Open accounts or Net 30-day terms for orders over $500 can be established upon credit approval after first time orders. Credit is granted to businesses only and not to individuals. For open accounts, invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Orders are not binding upon National Mailboxes until accepted by National Mailboxes. Any quotations given by National Mailboxes will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on past-due sums at the highest interest rate allowed by law.
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on National Mailboxes invoice. All orders/products ship FOB Factory at the customer’s expense unless otherwise quoted or specified by customer. It is standard policy that all orders will ship out the most economical and least expensive way. If applicable (smaller size/weight orders), will ship out by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Certain orders/products will need to ship by common carrier-(freight/truck) and our shipping dept. will choose the best way unless otherwise requested. Specific shipment dates cannot be guaranteed, due to possible material shortages, accidents, strikes, governmental regulations, labor strikes, acts of god, and other factors and conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold shipment of all open orders to customers whose account is past due.
Individual quotations are valid for (60) days. National Mailboxes reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. National Mailboxes will not be held responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customer’s review process. National Mailboxes also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
With some of our products and equipment installation is required. This is not a service that we provide or are responsible for. Most installations are very easy and simplistic and some other installations are a little more entailed. Please consult with customer service on this issue.
All orders are considered a firm order and cannot be canceled without our approval. All returns and cancellations must be authorized in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges and restocking fees. Materials being returned must be in salable condition and should be insured. Customer is responsible for all materials invoiced. National Mailboxes issues cancellation numbers to our customers. If you need to cancel an order, call customer service and obtain your cancellation number. If product has already shipped, or a custom order is in process we may not be able to fulfill your request.
Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods. Once the product leaves any of our warehouses it becomes the property of the customer. Please follow these steps when receiving products:
Check your counts. If you are short a package, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Give a detailed inspection for damage. If the carton even appears to have damage anywhere, make sure you open and inspect your goods thoroughly. If there is damage, note it on the delivery receipt and call customer service immediately. (If the damage is very obvious and severe please refuse shipment altogether)
Custom Orders National Mailboxes specializes in meeting your custom requirements. Our highly trained staff is here to assist you with your needs. In order to insure the best prices, each quote request is carefully reviewed. For this reason, quotation preparation may require up to 72 hours. Acceptance of a quotation is our indication that the quote has been approved per the specifications listed. National Mailboxes won’t be held responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customer’s review process.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number from National Mailboxes. Please call the customer service department with the return request. If the product shipped is the product ordered we may request a restocking fee up to 50%. However, custom products and some special ordered products are not returnable. All returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.
