Great product. Great customer service.
A little on the pricey side but built well. More post length and post material options would be nice-aluminum was only option. Also, a sturdier more rigid bracket design would be good since the heavy box wobbled a bit in heavy wind or when pushed. Better assembly instructions would be good as well as including washers and longer bolts and a bottom bracket for better stability in the ground if burying the post. Predrilled holes for outgoing mail flag would be a big benefit too. I thought the 30 percent restock fee was on the high side. I would still recommend this company though!

This mailbox turned out to be the perfect dropbox for us. We have a very long driveway – sometimes impossible for deliveries to be made in the winter time – and this allows them to drop small and medium packages securely inside it. The box is well made and I love the bronze color. It does not come with a pre-drilled hole for the flag, so you’ll have to drill that, but it was no big deal. Great product.
