    I purchased this same product from National Mailboxes several years ago. I had to replace the one I previously purchased because it was damaged and the damage was NOT due to any fault of the manufacturer. Because of the excellent customer service I had received in the past and since the previous mailbox served me well over the years and I where-as I’d received several compliments regarding its appearance I did not have to give much thought about becoming a returning customer. Please consider the following as an evaluation of my experience as a customer who prior to retirement was employed for years as a Quality Assurance Manager for a US. Fortune 100 Corp. National Mailboxes customer service staff’s concern for meeting or exceeding my expectation was exemplary (there was an issue on my part that caused a very minor bit of confusion regarding my order and it was addresses by a customer service person in a manner that showed real concern to achieve “customer satisfaction”). As for the rest of my experience, the mail box was shipped and received with-in the time frame that I was expecting and where-as I have previously owned this product I have no reason to believe it will not serve me well for many years to come. Pricing was competitive but cost is not always the most important factor. The peace of mind provided by a prior positive event makes it a heck of a lot better than just putting your chips on the table and throwing the dice. Conclusion, I believe that customer satisfaction should always be the goal of any business. In order to achieve that objective a business must meet or exceed every possible customer expectation beginning with the vendor’s first contact with the customer to the point of product delivery and performance. Based on my prior experience and this one I have to say, congratulations National Mailboxes in this instance you’ve once again achieved customer satisfaction. Thank you.
